House Tanne Abtenau

Hello, my name is Tjitske, I am 24 years old and I studied HBO Tourism Management. My biggest hobby has always been playing volleyball. I am completely happy when I am in Austria. Here I love to be active. I go for a lot of walks and in winter I enjoy skiing. The surroundings of Abtenau are so diverse. Every time I am there I discover something new.

When I was just 3 months old, I came to Abtenau, Austria for the first time. Together with my parents, we spent our holidays here 3-4 times a year for the past 21 years. In summer and winter, we took beautiful walks together, did water sports, winter sports, but also visited the towns and places in the area.

From a young age, I have always said that I wanted to live in Austria. And after completing my studies in Tourism Management, the idea and desire to open a guesthouse in Austria arose. Four years ago, Haus Tanne came into my life. Haus Tanne is located on the Möselberg in Abtenau. Quietly situated on the edge of the forest, surrounded by meadows where the cows graze. The house is large enough to live in and rent out a room and an apartment. For me, this is the opportunity to run my own guesthouse and to show and let other people experience all the beauty of Abtenau and its surroundings. I can't wait to welcome you to Haus Tanne.
